It is a preparatory program offered by the General Directorate of Human Resources at Najran University for new and returning faculty members (including those on scholarship), as well as new employees, aimed at introducing them to the systems, regulations, services, and procedures related thereto, and preparing them to integrate into the university environment, which will contribute to the efficient and clear start of their academic and professional journeys.
